The QDRO models listed below are for retirees who selected Option 1 form of payment.
QDRO Model Option 1 State and Teachers

QDRO Model Max Police and Fire
Use this model if you are a retired public safety plan member who selected the maximum benefit form of payment, or if you are an active public safety plan member and your ex-spouse’s benefit is to be calculated as if you selected the maximum benefit form of payment.
QDRO Model Max Municipal
Use this model if you are a retired municipal employee who selected the maximum benefit form of payment, or if you are an active municipal employee and your ex-spouse’s benefit is to be calculated as if you selected the maximum benefit form of payment.
QDRO Model Max State and Teachers
Use this model if you are a retired state employee or retired teacher who selected the maximum benefit form of payment, or if you are an active state employee or teacher and your ex-spouse’s benefit is to be calculated as if you selected the maximum benefit form of payment.
Each investigation report contains the results of the experience study for all groups covered under ERSRI, including State Employees, Teachers, MERS, State Police, and State Judges.

Login to the ERSRI secure Member Portal by clicking the button below. Please note that the first time you visit the Member Portal you will need to register in order to access your account online.
Upon registering, you will be provided with a system-generated Login ID. Please save both your Login ID and the password you create and keep them in a safe place. Once you have registered, you will be able to login to:
- Update your phone number and e-mail address
- Review your pension account information, including service, contributions, and beneficiary information on file
- Estimate your future benefits with the Pension Projection Tool
- Directly link to your Defined Contribution account with TIAA

New hires are automatically enrolled in a target date fund, but changes can be made by logging into your account and changing your investment options.
There are a couple of easy ways you can login to your TIAA account:
- 1. Login directly on the TIAA website using the link below.
- 2. Use the link below to login to the ERSRI Member Portal. Then access your TIAA account by click on the “My TIAA Account” under “My Plans”.
