By accessing or using the ERSRI web site, you agree to the terms of the ERSRI Privacy Policy, as outlined below.  If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site.  ERSRI reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion.  Your use of this site will be subject to the most current version of the Privacy Policy at the time of such use.

Anonymous Information
Refers to data that cannot be tied back to a specific individual.  ERSRI collects information sent to the ERSRI web server via the HTTP Protocol.  Examples of that information include: IP Address, Browser Type, referral data, and platform type.  More examples of this data can be found by accessing the following URL.

ERSRI collects this information for the purpose of site monitoring and improvement.   You do not need to have an account before ERSRI can collect this anonymous information.

Personally Identifiable Information
Refers to information that tells us specifically who you are in the ERSRI accounting system.   Examples of this information include: Name, Account Number, Organization Name, Organization Number, and all other information referenced by those identifiers.

ERSRI will collect this information for the purpose of assisting you online, reporting and tracking of internal errors, and auditing of transactions.  You must have an account and have logged into the ERSRI system before ERSRI can collect this information.

ERSRI will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.   ERSRI will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies, organizations or people when:

• We have your consent to share information;
• We need to share information to provide the service you requested;
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal processes; or
• We find that your actions violate the ERSRI Terms of Use.

When you visit ERSRI, you can surf the site anonymously and access important information without revealing your identity.  In order to improve our site, we use "cookies" to track your visit.  A cookie is small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you.   It functions as your anonymous identification card.  It cannot be executed as code, deliver viruses, or read information from your computer.
