Welcome! As director of the Employees Retirement System of Rhode Island
(ERSRI), I am happy to present the ERSRI Web site. People today take an active
interest in planning for their retirement, and this site can be a valuable tool in
that preparation. ERSRI's web site allows you to view your account information,
estimate purchase costs, and create estimates of your future benefit. Your
account information is right at your fingertips, 24 hours a day. If you have any
questions or need assistance, help is only an e-mail away.
Anchor, our new computerized retirement system, is a multi-year project with
many new components that are implemented in phases. The integration of
Anchor on this web site is just one phase of the project. At present, only active,
contributing members of the Retirement System can create an e-account and
access all the features of this web site. Soon, retirees will also be able to create e-accounts
and access their retirement account.
While we undertake this computerization project, we ask you for your patience
and understanding. Our staff is making every effort possible to service your
needs as well as implement the new system.
The ERSRI web site will provide an additional avenue for ERSRI to give you
information about your retirement account and benefits. This is an exciting time
for us. We hope that you share our enthusiasm and visit our Web site often, to
check out additional new features.
